The Pursuit of Excellence Female Prep team is committed to developing a 360 degree player. Since inception in 2009, the Female Prep program has had numerous players go on to play at the college, provincial and national levels.

The Female Prep team prides itself on preparing players physically, mentally and emotionally to compete at the next level. POE players learn how to become and excel as elite student-athletes with an extensive training program that includes on and off ice skill development, power skating, game video analysis, strength and conditioning and classroom sessions on a variety of topics (nutrition, SAT prep, College recruiting process, etc.).

Attending many of the most heavily scouted tournaments in North America, POE players are given ample opportunity to showcase their talents in front of hundreds of college and national team coaches throughout the season.
